1.S series three roll mill is the most common three roll mill,it adapts grease as lube, wheel gear transmission.

2.SG three roll mill is advanced three roll mill,adapts oil as lube,transmission gear adapts oil-immersed tupe,reduce the friction during work,the operative handwheel is transmitted by gear,equipped with pressure guage,oil guage and a small lifting jack.

3.SQ three roll mill is enhanced three roll mill,it is specially designed for very high viscous raw material such as colour masterbatch.spindle nose is extra magnified,gear and bearing block is nvenient to operate and keep long life working.

4.JRS three roll mill is heating type three roll mill.The machine designs the heating device of steam,electric,water and oil.The transmission part adapts the part with high strength and wear resistant material.The seal part adapts fluorine rubber.It can guarantee that this machine can operate normally under high pressure.It is an ideal equipment for grinding special product such as pigment,pencil,candle etc which need heating.

3.The rollers pressure and the rollers gap can be set and controlled,so as to realize the stable and consistent quality.

5.The basic work such as feeding,discharging and size of material is controlled by hudraulic pressure.

6.Adapt manual gap adjusting makes the machine produce without human influenced in low pressure.

1.Under pressure mode,the user set the actual distance and the actual pressure on the screen.
