YS Series Hydraulic Three Roller Mill(YS260)

Three roller mill controlled by hydraulic pressure from double-impeller pump. The basic work of machine such as feeding, discharging and size of material is controlled by hydraulic pressure. It features high automatization content, conventient to operate and safe in use. Because the hydraulic system adapts plate type structure, its arrangement is more reasonable. The roller is cast by special alloy, its strength is high and its surface has high hardness and wear resisitance property. It is an ideal equipment to grind high quality paste material.

    Longxin hydraulic three roller mill machines adopt a higher grade super-alloy steel. Roller becomes harder and stronger and has better wear resistance. The roller body is thinner, and its cooling effect is good even in high speed working.

    The roller length could be up to 1300mm, its speed is up to 460rpm. The pressure between rollers will be higher than conventional machine, due to Longxin unique hydraulic system. 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment.

We usually take FOB,but we also accept CIF,CNF.

1.Before puechase our product, we will select a suitable model for you,offering you a reasonable solution. After delivery, we will arrange commissioning &maintenance. We will teach you the processing of handling the machine, help ypu reduce the unexpected risk.

2.Make analysis and treatment of customer’s information(including guidance, part posting and serviceman’s visit) and reply customer within 8 hours normally.

3.In case customer cannot use the machine regularly and the doorstep maintenance is needed, we’ll send serviceman to the site within 24 hours and deal with trouble quickly. The company shall trace for the quality of service and make return visit to customer.

4.Make summary and filling of after-sale service information once every week and feedback to concerned department in time.
