1 Brief introduction
The nano mill is the development of the wordwide know circulation mill system type.
2 The working principle
Its field of application starts where the other agitator bead mill system ends. The highly efficient centrifugal separation system enables the use of smallest grinding media from a diameter of 50-300 micron in reliable continuous operation. It is specially designed for wet grinding and dispersing process especially “gentle dispersing” in the nanometer range. Working with the machine is a pleasure due to its easy operation.

3 The structure
The agitator bead mill is equipped with a swiveling grinding unit and lifting device with multiple positions for easy emptying, filling and cleaning and a horizontal working position.
4 The type of sand mill & bead mill
--Horizontal bead mill. Vertical bead mill.

5 Applications
nano coating, functional coating, polishing agents, LCD, pigments, pigment preparation, pigment production, inkjet ink, capacitor masses, MLCC etc.
6 After Sales Service
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
7 Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.

We usually take FOB, but we can also accept EXW, CIF, CNF.
