Transmission system
Drive motor equipped under the first row decelerates output shaft through pin wheel, transfer power to friction drive wheel by shaft, sprocket and chain.
Antideviation synchronization mechanism: configured with sprockets, chains, and synchronous feedback device between adjacent moving wheels.
Ensuring there is no lag and directional deviation when extending and retracting due to causes of manufacturing, installation, uneven ground, error,etc.
Dual wheel bearing made of polyurethane, able to withstand pressure, also solving the friction and wear between wheel and the ground.
High-precision bearings and quality chain drive, facilitating stable and smooth operation.
Frame structure
Composed by steel structure and board.
Main structure by welding and riveting 3mm thick steel, connected by bolts, with load capacity of 350kg besides the weight of device.
Anticorrosion surface handling:polished, coated with rust painted another finish color to customer needs.
Board made of 15 plywood, covered with PVC carpet, smooth surface, high strength, no blistering under different climates.
Left, right and front three dimensions are covered with striped anti-slipping aluminum strips, corners with plastic parts, maintaining high strength and adding beautiful outlook.
Fontier wears antislipping rubber strip, protecting aluminum strip and providing audience safety.
