Laboratory three roller mill
Three roll mill is mainly used for various liquid paste materials such as paint,printing ink,pigment,food etc.(not suitable for materials with acid-base ingredients or paint which would lead to roller corrosion) in preliminary experiment.It provides the correct data for mass production.

Its range of applications covers ink, paint, cosmetics, and the nanoparticles dispersed in the electronic pastes. DS series three roller mill provides a highly effective and highly accurate means of dispersion and particles-reduction. For product development, small-scale production, the establishment of small production lines, DS can provide flexible and precise control to meet your requirements. And process parameters are the basic datum for larger-producing.

Features:
1.Pressure mode displays the pressure value set by user, the actual distance and the actual pressure. (Unit: Newton/ mm)
2.Gap mode displays the gap distance value set by user and the actual stress values. (Unit: micron and Newton/ mm)
3.Roller gap control system is real-time monitoring and adjusting to make sure the pre-set.
4.Independently set distance of gap, and this can be operated in different modes.
5.Operator can change the pressure mode and gap mode in operating.
6.Operating parameters can be stored up to 3,000 groups at any time for different materials stored in PLC data base.
7.Roller speed and distance can be set as a parameter (any mode).
8.Touch screen controlling is convenient to understand and easy to operate. The control system in two operating modes can provide real-time control of display (zoom in nature).
