DYS hydraulic three roller mill is a new one which suit for various viscosity material. The cooling effect of this series of machine is triple or more than traditional hydraulic three roller mill, it can make the speed of operation higher productivity. The roller is driven by hydraulic system, and the gap adjustment device with high precision can be customized. This machine adopts PLC man-machine interface control system, which can remotely connect with ERP.
- Taiwan hydraulic pressure station, the United State Parker hydraulic joints, Germany BENTELER precision seamless tube ensure the stability of the system.
- Germany Siemens PLC system makes the product more accurately to be controlled(optional).
- The rollers pressure and the rollers gap can be set and controlled, so as to realize the stable and consistent quality.
- Adopting manual gap adjusting makes the machine produce without human influenced in low pressure.
- No metal contamination type and super-cooling type (optional),
- Multiple safety monitoring and protection systems.

3.In case customer cannot use the machine regularly and the doorstep maintenance is needed, we’ll send serviceman to the site within 24 hours and deal with trouble quickly. The company shall trace for the quality of service and make return visit to customer.
4.Make summary and filling of after-sale service information once every week and feedback to concerned department in time.
5.Make supervision and exanmiation of service quality and attitude of servicemen.
