4.Flux spray nozzle self-cleaning system, auto-adjusting the spray speed & square according to the conveyor speed and PCB dimension.

5.Standard cool air knife after flux spraying and flux reclaim system to reduce the pollution of PCB and environments.

6.Special made conveyor rails to ensure no deformation; quick replacement titanium alloy fingers designed, convenient for replacement and maintenance.

7. Equipped with thermal compensation to enable temp. Dropped ≤2°C before entering soldering zone, reduced the thermal impact on components .

8.Solder dross auto-gathering function and patented anti-oxidization sleeve design to reduce the dross significantly.

9. Equipped with over-temp. alarm & protection, emergency quick-stop system and overioad protection for all motors.
