Frigmaires Refining Plodder is used for making of toilet soap and laundry soap.

Jacketed with 6mm MS steel
Screws cast and polished LM 6 Alloy
Framework : Mild Steel Section, welded.
Guarding : Industrial grade 2mm steel sheet, bolt fixings
Paintwork : Etch primer on bare metal, with two gloss topcoats
Power : 15 HP 3 phase, 50 Hz.
Drive ; U-700;Ratio 30;1 -Greaves make
Transmission : SKF/ZKL thrust bearing and two axial ball bearings.
Speed Control : 20 RPM Fixed Speed.
Refining : The barrel is fitted with 8mm noodling plate
backed by 1mm stainless steel refining mesh
Hopper : Sized to take 150 kilos soap flake batch
