Wuhan Jiangnan Anchor Chain Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of ship anchor chains and mooring equipments. Headquartered in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. China Shipbuiding Industry Corporation (CSIC) and us are Associated Enterprises.
We have a specialized production bases on:
ANCHOR CHAINS Stud link anchor chain and Studless anchor chain for Grade 2 and Grade 3 diameter from 12.5mm to 70 mm.
ACCESSORIES Kenter shackle, Anchor shackle, End shackle, Joint shackle, Swivel shackle,Swivel group.
BUOY CHAINS V-Cable, Short cable, Half cable, Whole cable
MOORING EQUIPMENTS Anchors, Chain stoppers, Bollards, Springtowinghook, Anchor chain pipes, Anchor releasers,Mooring rollers,Rope wheels,Rings and so on.
We established quality systerm according to National Standard GJB/Z9002-96 and GB/T9002 under the guidance of Naval Equipment office in 1998 and also obtained ISO9001:2008 standard manangement quality systerm certification in 2000.
We are all certificated by authorised classification societies, including CCS(P.R. China), KR(Korea), GL(Germany),LR( U.K.) , BV(France) and RS(Russia).
Over 20 years experience for anchors, anchor chains, buoy chains and mooring equipments production since the factory was built in 1990. 18 engineers and more than 200 experienced workers in our compnay. Advanced machines and equipments we have now as following:
- No.4, No.5, No.6 and No. 7 anchor chain automatic production machines 4 sets for dia.30mm-70mm anchor chains
- UNT-150,UNT-160 electrical flash welding machines more than 10 sets for dia. 12.5mm-30mm anchor chains
- CQM-8000 furnace for heat treatment
- 4000KN and 1000KN tensile testing machines
- Anchor chain surface polishing machine
- 600KN Multi-function material test machine
- Impact testing machine
- Intelligent hing-speed analyzer
