CONSTRUCTION.
Jar Mills consists of 2 Nos rubberized rolls mounted on a sturdy MS frame structure made from angle sections. The rolls are made from natural rubber and are of 60 shore hardness. The Rack can accommodate either 3 jars of 1 Ltr, or 2 Jars of 8 Ltrs. The shafts of the rollers are fitted in pillow block bearings which are bolted to the frame and provided with lubrication points. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes of jars. Stoppers are provided to prevent the jars from falling. The rollers are driven by a 3ph, electric motor complete with a set of pulleys, `V' belts, belt guards, slide rails and electric starter.
