A pushrod camera is a machine to inspect the inner condition by pushing a semi-rigid rod into a pipe of a small diameter. A camera is at the end of the rod. The system measures the distance and it can go through a winding pipe. It is a type of all-in-one and a user can carry it. Because it is used in a wet condition, it is waterproof. A lighting part consists of small LEDs.
Product Feature
TAP has made two types of pushrod cameras, Procam and Pipecam. A Procam consists of a camera head, a rod, a typewriter, a keyboard, and a PMP.
Product Specification / Models
The camera head is of 50mm diameter and its lighting consists of 32 LEDs. It can inspect a pipe of a 70mm to 250mm diameter. The camera head has the function of self-leveling, so a camera doesn’t turn over even if the rod turns. It is waterproof of 1 bar. The rod of 40m long can wind and go to a winding pipe. A typewriter and a keyboard put a letter or a numeral on the picture. A PMP records the picture. A Pipecam has a camera head of 35mm diameter and can inspect a pipe of a 50mm-100mm diameter. Its rod is 20m long and its inspection job can be recorded by a PMP.

It is a push rod with a CCTV camera to inspect a pipeline of a smaller diameter.
