1. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know the dimensions, shape style, your special requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
2.How long will it take to receive my products?
Generally, it will take 25-40 days to produce your custom designed products.
3. Can I have a custom designed bottle?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. Many of our bottles are custom designed.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is a 40”HC . It is recommended for you to order at least a 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. Samples are free, customer only need to pay delivery cost.
6. What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 9:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Friday, except hoildays.
7. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We sell over 3,000 different types of glassware packaging supplies and are always adding new items to our website. If you cannot find the exact product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request to us and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
8. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.

10. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in bottle design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect bottles. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
11. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
12. What if quality problem?
We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem, but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
