1. Absorbent glass mat (AGM).The glass –fiber separator in HENDA SLA battery are made with advanced technology – this high porosity of the separators retains adequate electrolyte for the reaction with active material of the plates.
2. It’s designed to operate for up to 10 yearsat 20°C on the basis of accelerated tests
3. If depth of discharge is 30%, cycle service lifecan reach maximum at about 1000 times.

1. Positive electrode plates
Positve plates are made of lead –calcium alloy with special chemical fromula
2. Negative Electode plates
Negative plates are made of lead – ehemical fromula
3. separator
The glass – fibre separator in HENDA SLA battery are made with advanced technology –this high porosity of the separators retains adequate electrolyte for reaction with active matterial of the plates .
4.safe valve
The valve system which operaters from 1 psi to 6psi (0.07-0.43kg/cm3) is designed to relaease excess gas and keep the internal pressure within the optmum range of safety .it protects the negative plates from contamination from oxygen in the air valve are 100%visually inspected during battery production
If the internal pressure is increased to an abnormal level during overcharge ,the safety valve ill be opened to release gas . it thus eliminates the danger of repture .once it has opened m it automatically closed in preparetion for future excessive increase in pressure.
5. Terminal
Depending on the battery model in MICRO series ,the terminals may b e fasten rype , bolt –and nut type , pressue contact type ,cable –and connector type or other special types
Terminals of MEDIUM series and MACRO series are threaded –insertion type of bolt –and nuts types

3.case
For 6v ,8v and 12v batteries ,standard container are manufactured from ABS plastic resin (UL94HB),It is optinal to use flame retardant ABS plastic resin (ul94vo)
Each 6v battery has 3cells .8v battery have 4cells and 12vbattery has 6cells
