This machine uses the servo motor control technology and electronic weighing technology, chip control, and it has the functions of auto-quantitative, automatically filling, automatically correcting errors, the counting, cleaning, etc. It is the ideal packing equipment for pesticides, veterinary drugs, chemicals, additives, flour, milk, detergent powder, salt, drinks, sugar, monosodium glutamate, condiments(such as spicy fresh), natural flavourings (such as 13 aromatic), enzymes, feed and other powder (powders and ultrafine powder) material.
Features:
1. Adopt a servo motor and electronic weighing technology, the aircraft is slightly lower cost in comparison with the servo motor, and it is economical and practical.
2. Spiral cutting, light-control technology.
3. Specifications: the same machine within the 2-5000g adjustment and replacement of the keyboard under different specifications of material spiral continuously adjustable.
4. Scope: There is a certain fluidity of powder materials, containers (bags, cans)unlimited.
5. Materials due to changes in weight and material level of error correction can be automatically tracked.
6. Photoelectric switch control, only manual bagging, bag clean, easy to seal.
7. Screw feeder can be equipped with automatic feeding control.

The sold machine will be guarantee in one year, in the guarantee year, any spare parts broken due to supplier’s quality issue, the spare parts will be supplied free for customer, customer need to pay the freight cost if the parcel weight more than 500gram.The easy wearing out spare parts are not in the warranty terms, such as O rings, belts which will be supplied with the machine for one year using.
We will dispatch engineers to carry out installation and debugging of the equipment in buyer's place if requested. The cost for International double ways air tickets, accommodations, food and transportations, medical shall be paid by Buyer for the engineers. Buyer shall fully cooperate with Supplier's engineer and make all the installation condition ready to work. such as: water, electricity, raw material etc.The normal debugging term is 3-7days, and the buyer should pay US$100/day per engineer.
1.We offer machines training system, the customer can choose training in our factory or in customer workshop.The normal trainig days are 3-5 days;
2. We offer operation manual to customer
3. We take a traning video, and machine operation video to customer
4.we offer remote control service, if customer do not know how to operate and use the machine, we will offer this service
