introduction of chalk manufacturing machine:
TZ series Chalk making machine is a new type of practical chalk-producing appliance developed by our factory. Its unique design overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional ones, such as inefficient, high labor intensity, material-wasting, easy broken chalk. In order to solve the above problems, we have developed this new chalk machine on the basis of AS series chalk making machine. Equipped with different mold, this series including: TZ800-1, TZ800-2, TZ800-4, TZ800-6, TZ800-8. The chalk produced by TZ series Chalk machine is smooth and nice looking, not easy broken. We can also design the different chalk size and shape according to customer’s requirements.
TZ series Chalk making machine adopts Streamline Operation: Supplying water automatically, electric beater, electric grouting, mold stripping. Raw material used to product chalk can be decreased by 30% compared to the previours ones. The production capacity is improved from 50% to 99% on the basis of the traditional chalk machine.
Procedure of chalk manufacturing machine:
1.Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water. The rate for the slaked lime and
water is half to half.
2.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle
3.Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,
4.When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come
off from the model, then dry in the sun.
5.The packing should be completed by handwork.
6.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape. The length of the chalk can be from
75mm-105mm.
