In plastic bag, then in exported carton,
According to the weight and CBM,by express or ship or airplane is ok
- Offer: Quotation will be offered after you inform us the spec. of the packaging, such as the size and material you require. Or kindly send us the real sample for exact price directly. Pls advise the Qty as well.
- Design:If you have no design for the packaging,we offer free design and time is 2-3 days.
- Hand-made samples time:2-3 days
Note:We usually make samples by handmade gesso molds .The advantage is short leadtime and
low cost.But the surface will be a bit rough and not so transparent as sample by copper molds or other molds
Q: Where’s your company located?
A: Our head office and factory are both located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China. It takes about 40mins by car from Shijiazhuang Airport to our factory.

Q: How do I purchase your goods?
A: Please send us enquiry via Alibaba, or email us, call us to tell us your need, we’ll reply you ASAP.
Q: How can I get a sample from you?
A: After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc…Samples can be provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to you when you place an order later.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T. Paypal, West Union are also acceptable.
Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don’t have a shipping forwarder, we’ll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.
We can also do DDP (door to door service), then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.
Q:If we invest in mold ,but sample is not satisfing ,what should we do it ?
A:We will make mold strictly according to drawings or sample,if our first sample is not satisfied,we will modify mold till it is satisfying.If our sample could not reach to the quality of drawing or original
sample more than 3 times, we will return your mold change.
