3. Features:
Alumina micro-bead has the excellent characteristics of high strength,high hardness,high abrasion resistance,high density,small size,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and no pollution.
(1)Alumina Micro Beads with high purity,have no impact on the quality material by grinding;
(2) Alumina Micro Beads with bulk density can greatly improve grinding efficiency and reduce grinding time and effectively increase the effective volume of the ball mill to increase the quantity of abrasive material added.
(3)Alumina Micro Beads with low-wear can greatly extend the life of grinding mill;
(4)Alumina Micro Beads have the characteristics of high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Application:
Alumina Micro Beads are widely used in the further processing and finishing of thick and hard materials in different types of ceramic, porcelain, glass, chemical factories. They are grinding medias of ball mill, pot - shaped mill and vibrating mill, etc. The grinding efficiency and abrasion resistance is much better than ordinary balls and natural pebbles
