Range of application
CS30 crankshaft balancing machinery are conceived in particular forlow-volume production and overhaul shops. The CS30 is a hard-bearingmachine with permanent calibration. This means that a new rotor can bemounted easily and balanced after entering only a few geometrical rotordata.
The integrated measuring instrumentation directly displaysunbalance with amount and angular position, depending on the initialunbalnce of the rotor.
CS30 balancing machinery are suitable for rotors weighing up to700kg. A powerful underslung belt drive ensure short accelerationperiods for short balancing cycles. The machiness compact and sturdydesign concept provides for a small footprint.
CS30 balancing machinery can be used with the CAB700 or CAB803measuring instrumentation and can also be equipped with a reportprinter.
A further advantage of the CS30 balancing machine lies in its areauniversal applicability. The machine is also suitable for other rigidrotors provided that they do not exceed the geometrical limits of themachine.
Unbalance correction is performed directly on the CS30 by a highperformance drilling unit. There is therefore no need to remove thework-piece from the machine and install it on a separate correctionunit.
