1).What is the price ?
Different materials different price ,it also depends on your order quantities, bigger quantity always means lower price.
2).What is the MOQ?
Normally the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000pairs per color per size rang per style. However, for some basic style , and some popular styles which we are producing regularly the MOQ can be as low as 500prs or 200prs per style.
3).What's the sampling time?
Some samples are immediately available on request.For new samples, the normal sample lead time is 5-10days.For samples with customized new soles/tools then need 15-25days extra for making new moulds.
4)What's the production lead time ?
Normal production lead time is 25-35days.
5)What's the packing ?
We could do any packing based on client's requirements .
6)Have your past any audit?
Our factories have past either Wal-Mart, BSCI, Sedex, Universal Studios or Disney and so on. We will choose the suitable factory to produce your orders according to your requirements.
7) Can your supply us a testing report of your product ?
Our main customers are famous brands in EU and USA, so all our products are ECO-friendly and meet up to the standard of REACH, CPSIA and etc. All products need to pass the physical testing according to customer’s standard too. We can send you relative testing report for reference when need.
8) What is the cost to make new sole moulds?
The mould charge would be on our account if the order quantity accumulate upto 30,000pairs per style. Otherwise, the mould charge will be on customers account or be shared between us.
9) What’s your production capacity?
We have very flexible production capacity, for we have 25 regular cooperative factories and totally 60 production lines, and each production line can produce around 60000prs each month.
10) How the quality is guaranteed?
Most of our factories are ISO certified, with strict quality management system. BIYATE’s professional QC team also provide onsite and full time quality control. Before shipping, you can do inspection by yourself or by an nominated inspection company like SGS,ITS and etc.
11) What is the payment term:
