1. Automatic gang slitter(sheet slitter):
This machine is an important equipment in can-body production line. It consists of auto. feeder, cutter, slitter, front working table, rear working table, electric control cobinet, Vacuum system, loader accessory, stacker and disc-cutter sharpen-grinder. It has functions of auto feeding, auto cutting and slitting, double sheet testing and auto counting. It is safe and reliable and easy to maintain. 2. Fully automatic can body welder:
This machine is one of the product series made by Shantou Xinqing Cannery Machinery CO.,LTD-the Japan N.P.W. Tech. Lab manufacturing base in China. It has the features of hi-efficient output, good welding quality, solid and good-looking weld seam. It is an ideal equipment to produce industrial material can and foodstuff can.

3. Curing oven:
In the course of foodstuffs can-making ,it is an indispensable process to dry and cure the corrosion-resistant lacquer coated on weld seam. THE GAS BURNING DRYER or ELECTRIC INDUCTION DRYER is designed for this purpose. It includes preheating, burning and cooling process in this curing system. It can have an even and stable curing quality.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Gas drying oven or Electric induction oven are at buyer's option.

4. Canbody shaping: combination machine:
This machine is a auto. can shaping equipment with necking, flanging, beading, seaming units and trouble shooting device. Adopting vertical structure, die necking, gear flanging, inner beading die adjustable and beading depth adjustable, rail seaming, bottom chuck die drivered by gear to prevent sliding. It has the features of hi-precision and easy adjustment. Equipped with PLC and inverter.
