Portable conveyor belt joint vulcanizing machine
1. Usage:
The joint vulcanizing machine is suitable for jointing and repairing fabrci, steel core various of conveyor belt .The Max. jointing width is 650mm~2200mm, the Max. repairing broken size is 250x1360mm, the vulcaniztion temperature is 145 degree, can be adjusted between 0~200degree.
2. Features:
- the cross beams and heating plate is adopted of aliumium materials, light weight, high stength, quick termperature rise, high temperature resistance.
- be equipped with high efficient and quick cooling system. only take 5 minutes for quick cooling from 145 degree to 70degree under control. Greatly accelerate the jointing speed and shorten the jointing time, improve joint strength.
- equipped with unique hydraulic capsule, for special structure and uniform stress, by many high pressure testing at 1.8Mpa for 30 min and have no leakage. the hydraulic capsule can be applicable to water pressure or air pressure purpose.
- adopted of unique six cores cable flat plug for power supply.
- the electric control box is adopted vertical double layers water proofing and organic glass applicable to the operation under heavy weather such as sandstorm, rainstorm, burning sun etc. the vulcanization time and temperature with the entire vulcanization process can preset under automatic control, together with temporary emergency system and automatic trouble display function, and having the electric leakage automatic switch with the overload and short circuit leakage protection performance to ensure personal safety.
- equipped with motorized pump, and manual pump for your using agaisnt actual conditions.
