High tensile fire retardant double-sided alumimiun foil reinforced with glass fibre scrim
TAC-450FR is a premium eight (8) layer fire retardant double-sided radiant barrier. It has superior radiant heat reflective properties by reflecting >97% of radiant heat.
TAC-450FR is classified as Class ‘0’ in accordance to British Standard 476 Part 6 and 7 for Fire Safety Hazards Requirement and certified by Jabatan Bomba Dan Penyelamat Malaysia.
TAC-450FR isan environmentally friendly green product recognised through the Green Building Index (GBI) by MGBC and GreenTag by MGTC.
TAC-450FR is a lamination of both sides pure aluminium foil reinforced with glass fibre scrim. The property of its double layers pure aluminium added to its thickness enhances the reflective index. Glass fibre scrim, a product of glass fibre filaments together with two layers of kraft paper provides greater tensile strength.
TAC-450FR is almost inflammable properties can either be used on its own or laminated onto other insulation materials. It is lightweight, high tensile strength, heavy duty, and does an excellent job at providing thermal insulation for roofing systems.
APPLICATIONS
* As a radiant barrier under all types of roof coverings in commercial, industrial and residential building.
* No wire netting is required for support.
* Its incombustible materials meet the requirement for pipe work and ducting insulation such as air-conditioning, petro-pipe, steam pipe and others.
* Can be used simultaneously with mineral wool in the form of felts, lamella mats, plain slabs, facing to ceiling boards and duct insulation for air-conditioning.
