Product Characteristics:
SUNNY infrared elevator door protection system (light curtain) can identify, indicate and control each single light beam of the curtain under high speed scanning. When any beam fails to work properly, operator can identify the problem through a flashing lamp warning in the corresponding channel switch. By turning off the switch, the diodes in question will stop working, while the others diodes will continue to function normally. The elevator will be in normal operation condition without the need of urgent repair. The problem can be fixed during routine maintenance to minimize impact to the elevator users.
SUNNY light curtains avoid the problem of traditional design, when any one of the beams is out of work the elevator will stop working. Some of the light curtains use timeout function to allow problem diodes to be ignored. This can extend the working life of the light curtain. However, with existing problem in system, the elevator is running in potential risk.
SUNNY light curtain system obtained the National Invention Award of the People's Republic of China and has the national patent, No. 01105213.9. SUNNY is sole manufacture and supplier in China.
