Our "LO" Hot Stamp Series is of multiple colors, widths and lengths available.
Our "LO Formulas", developed for the Medical/Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry, produce superior results printing on both PVC and non-PVC primary bag films and over-wrap substrates.
Excellent resistance to all methods of sterilization.
Outstanding for both barcode and text variable data in a variety of formats.
Width:80mm,100mm,120mm,170mm,520mm,600mm etc.
Temperature range:150~190 Celsius Degree.
Pressure Power(kg): 0.3~0.5.
Stamping Touch Time: 0.2"~0.7"
Substracts: M312 film(USA CRYOVAC), PP film(Polypropylene)
Color: black, white, blue, green, red, orange, purple, brown, yellow etc.
Individual roll lengths, widths, colors and markings, test runs on form-fill-seal production line and substrates are possible.
Packaging: the ribbons are of 3 layers packing, packed by plastic filmthe firstly, then wrapped by foam plastic film, and then packed in carton box with certain accounts. Also customized.
Delivery time: within 5 days after receipt of payment.
Product Feature
After being stamped, it is good clearity, anti-scratch and adhesion after sterilizing under 121 Celsius Degree for 60min, can be used on American film, German film, Korea film, Japanese film etc. It is earth friendly, easy to deal with.
Application
1. Our ribbons produce superior printing for intravenous solution bags, blood bags, renal bags, tubing, syringes and other polymer medical solution bags.
2. The same formulations also print on a variety of other materials common with medical /pharmaceutical use (i.e. plastic bottles, hospital wrist bands, labels, catheters).
3. The "LO" medical grade formula products have been developed to meet or exceed medical and pharmaceutical packaging industry regulatory requirements.
