Chocolate moulding line
The processing line can continuously produce various kinds of chocolate products. It is an automatic equipment which consists of process steps of accurate depositing, pistol central liquid-filling, vibrating, cooling, moulds turn-over, de-moulding ,mould-drying, and etc.. It can produce out good quality chocolate products such as “two color”, “central filling”, “lollipop(baby face) “chocolates.
PROCESS FLOWING CHART :
Oil melting, Sugar grinding---Fine milling—Chocolate mixing and temperature keeping—regulating---depositing---cooling----final products
FEATURES:
1) This line can produce the” pure” chocolate,”central-filling”, “two-color double layer “chocolate products. It is an ideal line for produce good quality chocolate products.
2) Moulds can be made according to the chocolate samples provided by the customer.

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3.Packing:
a.Inside the machine put desiccant
b.Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c.On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement

1. Free training of macine installion, operation and maintenance will be provided by our engineer.
