FT300 De Mattia Flex Cracking Tester
De Mattia Flex Cracking Tester is used for testing the abilities of vulcanized rubber, rubber shoes, thermoplastic and other materials crack after repeated flexing performance. It is produced following ISO6943, ISO132.
Features:
Digital setting, display the cracking number in the Counter LCD screen.
During one test, test can be paused or stop automatically when finished.
Maxium to 16 pcs sample and each sample can be clamped individually, easy to operate.
With security features on the up cover.

FT300 Tests
FT300 has stationary parts, provided with grips for holding one end of each of the test pieces in a fixed position, and similar but reciprocating parts for holding the other end of each of the test pieces. The travel of the up and low grips can be adjusted to fit different tests. FT300 use two equal groups for testing, so that one group is being flexed while the other group is being straightened, thus reduce the vibration in the machine.
