Description:
Ball bubble gum production line
The ball gum production line main consist of mixer,extruder,forming machine,cooling machine and coating pan,it can produce many kinds of shape such as sphere,,ellipse,watermelon,egg and so on.
This plant mainly consists of blender, two-color extruder, cooling cabinet and slick pack machine. It is the ideal equipment to produce high quality candies, such as milk candy, peanut candy, Swiss candy and bubble gum. With the advantages of high efficiency, good sanitary condition, and reliable performance, this line is an ideal sub-situation for imported plants.
PROCESSING CHART:
Colloid melting mixing and kneading extruding,rolling and sheeting forming de-starching (Aging coating) de-humidity final products
MAIN PERFORMANCE:
1 Adopt PLC control technique, high automaticity.
2 Adopt double extruding process, make the gum base organization even, and good taste.
3 Adopt vacuum powder absorber, Improve working environment.
4 Adopt horizontal roller dust remover, assure the xylitol smooth and no burrs.
