Introduction:
Precision Preformer is a kind of high-efficiency and high-precision device for manufacturing rubber blank before curing. It can be used in combination with a wide range of rubber material in extruding rubber blank of mid to high hardness and of intricate shapes such as circle and solid figures. Owing to its high precision volume and low air content, it is capable of producing products ranging from rubber sundries, sealing members, rubber tyre valves, tennis balls and shoe soles,etc. It integrates a variety of different functions such as vacuuming, filtrating, extruding, cutting, weighing, counting, etc.
Feature of JYZ Precision Preformer:
1. Adapt the PLC control system and touch screen operator interface. The color touch screen assists to input data and protect password.
2. 200 products technics database available to connect anytime.
3. Variable inverter controlled infinite speed regulation for cutter.
4. Weigh scale feedback close loop for blank weight adjustment.
5. Reliable safety performance. There are interlocks when close ram head, Cutter rotates and ram move forwards and retracts.
