Packing and Delivery
When importing from China, most of the time our clients choose vacuum compressed packing.
This way can helps save their ocean freight charges greatly.Aidi has much experience in
exporting compressed mattresses. We purchase quality-assured steel wire directly from big Iron
and steel Corp to make your spring system. And we do testing in our own lab to make sure
every batch of material is good for compressing. Below photo shows how the mattress is compressed.
In addition to the compressed packing way, you can choose roll-up pakcing or packing your products in original shape.

A mattress lab and testing center is established to evaluate our current products, new products,
new ideas and materials. We can conduct Cornell durability test, Rollator test,firmness test, flammability test and so on.
Warranty
10-Year Warranty:
We'll prove it with the best warranty in the industry. Every mattress is covered
for at least 10 years (non-prorated) against all manufacturing defects.
What's Covered:
Manufacturing defects, like seams or threads coming undone, springs
puncturing the cover, or broken wooden rails in a box spring.
What's NOT Covered:
Body impressions (1.5" deep or under), shifting of materials due to wear,
punctures or tears caused by a sharp object, or any damage caused by
unusual use. Signs of unusual use include any stains, tears, discolorations,
and geometrically shaped impressions.
