About the Products
Ratchet Tie Downs provide maximum tension with minimum force, Boxer Tie Down spring loaded release
mechanism prevents ratchet form opening accidentally , our Tie Downs Made in Ningbo China, if you have

Each ratchet assembly includes ratchet, webbing, and end hardware ready for use. Two inch ratchet
assemblies come with a one-foot fixed end, while a 3-4 inch assembly has a two-foot fixed end.
End attachments are available in twin J hook, flat hook, snap hook, D ring, chains, etc. Custom made
orders are also available upon request. Our ratchet straps come in 1”, 2”, 3”, and 4” widths using premium,
tested polyester webbing for maximum durability. Finished goods are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
About the hooks
The end hooks could be S hooks, J hooks, D rings, Delta ring, Flat hooks etc. The benefit of using ratchet
lashing is efficient, save time, easy to operation, no damage to load and so on.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ
is about 30 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you
would like to get the products at your country.

Maintenance Methods
1.Don't drag when moving webbing sling and goods,do not make the knot.
2.Shouldn't make any possible damage to saft ring.
3.In undertaking,which would be playing screw.
4.Shouldn't be used without a jacket straps.
5.Should avoid soft ring opening angle more than 20 degrees.
6.webbing sling should be kept in the dark and no ultraviolet radiation conditions.
7.Webbing sling shouldn't be kept in open flame near side or other heat sources.
8.Webbing sling should be placed at the place with enough light when you don't use.
