Automatic Round cum Single Side/Double Side (Front & Back) Bottle Sticker Labelling Machine
The Automatic Labelling Machine Model SBSL-120RF, with unique specially designed continues motion pocket type bottle alignment system. Machine suitable for applying Front and Back Labelling machine for Flat/Oval/Square/Round shape Bottles/Containers with output Up to 60-80 Labels per minute depending on products and label size. Automatic Product Alignment system synchronised with top holding belt system ensure the maximum stability and straight position of oval shaped bottles. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated Label Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and Product.
Operation:
The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in feed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.
