5.warranty:
The Warranty Period for the contract equipment shall be 12 months from the next day after the end of commissioning. If the supplied equipment is found to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship within the Warranty Period, the Seller shall, at its own expenses, rectify or replace defected part of the equipment,the transportation fee for the replace components from the Seller's factory to the buyer’s country shall be borne by the seller, the transportation fee for the replaced components from the buyer’s country to the Seller’s country shall be the Buyer. Wearing parts and damages due to incorrect operation are not included in the Warranty scope.
