The CHD100 dicing machine details:
The CHD100 dicing machine is suitable for processing all kinds of vegetables, frozen vegetable processing factory and food pickles industry .it makes root and tuber vegetables into cubes or rectangules . Such as: potatoes,carrot, taro, sweet potato, onion, green pepper, ginger and fruits etc.

3.principle:
CHD100 type dicing machine dial is driven to cut high speed rotating objects,the use of objects by means of centrifugal force, vertical knife will be cut into pieces of objects, and then through the disc cutter and cut into strips, and will cut the material to a transverse cutting knife, a cubic or cuboid by transverse cutter cut to desired.
preparation before operation and inspection:
1.we will feed hopper with screws on the casing inlet (for convenient packing and transportation hopper remove)
2.we would check whether there is a foreign body inside the shell, will remove the shell body,otherwise easy to cause the blade damage.
3.PLS clean operation area, check the power supply voltage is consistent with this machine use voltage, to find a professional electrician will machine power supply line is connected in the all pole disconnection from the big switch, earthing symbol isreliable ground connection. The switch is switched on, press the "start" button, to check whether the correct (face turntable, clockwise for the right), otherwise, cut off the power supply adjustment wiring.

Operation:

3. we will be cut the material from the hopper into the shell, the dial is under the action of vertical knife, cutting to the required thickness, followed by disc cutter knife cut into strips, finally is cut off a knife cut into the box.
