1.The fiber-opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
2.Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.
3.There is a track device under the conveyer and fixed into the roller edge, so that the conveyer can be running in a straight way without deviation damage.
4.The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
5.High opening capacity that can be 150kg to 450kg per hour according to different machine model and the material
