Description:
• The automatic down filling machine has been developed according to the highest
technology in the world market and our customer's requirement by our professional R&D
team recently.
• The machine is mainly used for weighing and filling 50 down or more into cutting piece or
separate grids of down jacket.
• High sealing machine structure that keeps the material inside, the workshop is clean, so
that prevent the occupational disease and enhances the enterprise image, comply with
the standard of the Europe and the US clients.
• Wide application for different types of down. Such as 50% up down material can be
used.Filling nozzles with special design avoid the down flying and scatted everywhere.
• Wide measure, the range of weighing can set 1-25 grams once to suit for filling both
separate grids and normal grids.
• Vacuum filling system, suitable for different materials of grids, non-airing materials can be
used.
• High accuracy weighing module can measure accurately with tolerance less than 0.2g
per filling time. Each filling nozzle with two sets of weighing device, save weighing time,
improve efficiency, so that save labor cost well.
• High degree of automation, adopt PLC control system and touch screen, easy for
operation.
• Parameter save function in the program, the data of different grids can keep and number
by program for later using.
• Different weights for each grids can be set on the touch screen firstly as per the various
demands.The down in the grids keeps evenly, so that reduces the finishing process.
• The program has the ability of self learning. The accuracy and the speed of weighing can
optimize automatically.
