DESCRIPTION:
- The whole line pillow machine can be used to make both normal fiber pillow and ball fiber pillows;
- It can be handled by 2 operators for raw material feeding and the filling system adjusted by Siemens PLC program;
- Changeable working mode by the program simply to cellect different material pillow filling;
- There is only 1 working mode can be finished at the same time.
- Special roller shaft design that will protect the machine without fiber stuck, we only need simple clean the machine ourside once a day after working and double clean once a week;
- The opening machine rollers and made by V-wire which is trong and long life, the fiber can be opened with high opening rate without damage;
- Different fiber can be used by the balling machine with adjustable processing date, in order to receive different size, quality fiber ball;
- Woolly ball fiber is able to be produced by different processing date.
- Most the electrical key parts are adapted by the most famous world brand such like Simenes, Schneider and AB etc who can offer local service in short time.
