1.The automatic ball fiber shipping bag filling machine is mainly used to have ball fiber forming and then fill into shipping bags ready for the transportation;
2.The whole line is assembled with bale breaker, fiber feeding blower and pre-opening blower, ball fiber machine, silo and double slot pillow filling system.
3.It can be handled by only 1 operator adjusted by PLC control system
4.Metal separator by magnet;
5.Electrical metal alarm system;
6.Adjustable frequency according to different fiber type;
7.All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famouse world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron etc.
8.The electrical control system is able to meet CE, UL and Australia safety standard;
The profile of the machines of the production line
1.Bale breaker
The bale breaker is mainly used to load a full bale of raw material and transport to the next program automatically;
There is no need any operator working for this program during the operation within 1 hour;
2.Pre-opening blower
The pre-opening blower is made by pins that is able to process 60% opening rate before ball fiber producing in order to receive high capacity and better finished ball fiber;

The metal separator is the first step in the machine line to collect the metal while operation;
4.vibration hopper
The vibration hopper is mainly used to feed raw material into the ball fiber machine evenly, so that the finished ball fiber could be even quality;

5.ball fiber machine

Able to process wild range of PSF, Wool fiber, Recycle hard and soft fiber;
Electrical metal alarm system arranged to the feeding rollers

The silo is used to keep the finished ball fiber and ready for the next program;
