Description:
1.Automatic fibre filling machine QL005B is mainly used to fill the opened fibre into a bag that can be ready to sell to other customers requires small quantity daily time.
2.The machine can be arranged for non-airing bag such like plastic bag, also airing bag such like plastic woven bag.
3.PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 person that working at the filling device as the whole bale raw material can be already contained and transported to the opener by the bale opener automatically.
4.The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size.
5.Double hand control system saves labour well.
6.All electricity key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron that is stable quality and has international service department in your local area.
7.The machine is running calmly because of the well dynamic balance processing
1>This is the roller ,which is made by V-wire, it's very stable, long life and lower maintence , so that the opening rate can be 98% more.
This is the bale opener , it controled by PLC control system , special roller and bearing device avoid the fiber jam into the bearing ,conveyer track protection system .
