Description
1>It is assembled with fiber opener+blower+vibration hopper+continuously ball fiber 2>machine+blower.
3>The raw material can be conjugate hollow silicon polyester fiber 7D to 14D, 32mm to 64mm.
4>The minimum capacity can be 200kg/h.
5>First of all, put the raw material on the conveyor of the fiber opener, the fiber will be feeding into the fiber opener and be opened,
6>Then the opened fiber will be send to the vibration hopper by the blower,
7>Through the vibration hopper, the fiber will slump on the ball fiber machine,
8>After balling, the fiber ball will be send out by the blower.
9>In addition, the fiber opener can be used alone, the opening rate can be 98% up, the capacity can be 300kg/h.
