Brief ntroduction
Our paste has high solid content (active ingredients, generally more than 60%), high viscosity and paste-like appearance. When printing, water based paste is required to have good transitivity, and able to secure immediately after transfer printing in order to create printing patterns with clear boundaries. Our water based paste has good weather resistance and excellent non-yellowing characteristic. They can produce variously coloured and diversely foaming/embossing patterns with distinctive nuance as different coloured inks or other materials are added.

Water based paste is used to produce specific effects (such as a strong sense of relief, embroidery-like or suede-like appearance, bubbling effect, etc.) on the wallpaper.

Product details
Transparent embossing paste is made through a special process by using water-soluble acrylic resin as the main binder.
Our transparent embossing paste has good printability and high transparency. It can create printing pattern with great luster, high embossing effect, clear boundaries and distinctive nuance, especially cooperating with pearl lusting printing ink or aluminum ink as it can fully present the metallic luster.

Allocation of the color
Added colour ink into this paste and stirred well can produce different colour with metallic luster, such as golden, bronze, blue gold, violet gold etc.

Washing technique
As the hardened ink is difficult to clear, it is required to keep the roller and the printing ink working all the time. Once stopped, the roller should be cleared immediately to avoid clogging caused by the hardened printing ink. Usually, the detergent is water. If being clogging, add 1% ammonia solution into the detergent when clearing.

Storage
Medium products should be kept in a cool ventilated dry place, not in the open air. Avoid over exposing to the sun or leaking. Twelve months of storage period, but it is necessary for customers to keep the medium product in an appropriate condition and use it according to the date of manufacture.

Emergent treatment
It may cause allergy or inflammatory complications when exposed to the skin. If this happens, use the soap to wash the skin as soon as possible. Do not use the organic solvent. If spattered into the eyes carelessly, hold eyelids open and rinse out with clean water for about 10 minutes to ensure complete flushing. Any inflammatory complications happen, please go to hospital in time. Slightly ingested by accident may cause allergy of the mouth, throat or esophagus or nausea. Under this situation, drinking plenty of water can relieve symptoms. Carelessly ingested in quantity should be promptly to the hospital.
