Specification: High gloss water based rotary screen printing medium is made through a special process by using water-soluble acrylic resin as the main binder.

Our high gloss water based rotary screen printing medium has good printability. When printing, it is not easy to be clogging and presents uniformly bright colour on the printing surface with great saturation and there is no floating and spotting. These performances also work when allocating the metallic ink.

Printing based materials: PVC coated paper, non-woven paper and pure texture paper.

Cylinder specification: use the screen printing plate with 60-100 mesh

Diluting technique:Add a little water if the viscosity is too high.

Drying technique: hot air drying ( 140-160℃)

If the printing speed is fast, it is necessary to turn the oven heat up or add circulating air volume so as to achieve superior drying effect after printing.

Printing speed: 15-35 m/min

Viscosity: 1800-2200 cps (indoor temperature)

PH value: 8.0-9.0

Washing technique: As the hardened ink is difficult to clear, it is required to keep the roller and the printing ink working all the time. Once stopped, the roller should be cleared immediately to avoid clogging caused by the hardened printing ink. Usually, the detergent is water. If being clogging, add 1% ammonia solution into the detergent when clearing.

Package: plastic barrel (1X1000KG)

Storage: Medium products should be kept in a cool ventilated dry place, not in the open air. Avoid over exposing to the sun or leaking. Twelve months of storage period, but it is necessary for customers to keep the medium product in an appropriate condition and use it according to the date of manufacture.

Danger level: non-flammable, low or no toxicity, inedible

Emergent treatment: It may cause allergy or inflammatory complications when exposed to the skin. If this happens, use the soap to wash the skin as soon as possible. Do not use the organic solvent. If spattered into the eyes carelessly, hold eyelids open and rinse out with clean water for about 10 minutes to ensure complete flushing. Any inflammatory complications happen, please go to hospital in time. Slightly ingested by accident may cause allergy of the mouth, throat or esophagus or nausea. Under this situation, drinking plenty of water can relieve symptoms. Carelessly ingested in quantity should be promptly to the hospital.
