Characteristic&Application
1.The production line adopts the high efficient single screw extruder designed by our company.It has the characters of high speed extrusion and high efficient plasticization.
2.Barrier pattern of double poler of PPR specialized spiral pole,opened dent of machine
3.Equipped with twice diffluence new pattern mould which has the characters of low temperature and low pressure extrusion.
4.Water film calibrating sleeve is adopted,which can guarantee high speed production.
5.PLC control system is adopted to guarantee easy operation.
6.Equipped with co-extruder for color strips according to customers' requirements.
