 This machine is designed according to advanced technology in Germany.Pelletizing is finished by blade rotation as well as surface friction.Granules will be conveyed into transit hopper automatically by high pressure blowing machine.Final granules are characterized of even gloss and stable performance,which can be packed into bags directly.The pelletizer is one of the most popular auxiliary machines used for PVC PE and  PP pelletizing,which can also be used in production line together with different kinds of twin-screw extruders and single-screw extruders.

Working principle

This machine is an intergral part of extruder,which belongs to hot-cutting machinery.Thus,before putting into production, the pelletizer should be connected with extruder,and make sure that the blade can touch with granulating mould,then regulate the rotating speed of the blades to make sure the size of final granules is in accordance with requirement.Meanwhile,water pump should be start to make granules flow at high speed in case the granules stick with each other.
