2016 condom machine business
Adopt advanced three-time latex dipping technology with advanced process layout and diversified adjustment functions of production technology.
1. Energy saving design in drying structure, with a consumption of 19.5kgs of standard coal per 10,000 condoms.
2. The post vulcanization is equipped with the newest generation energy-saving rubber condom full-automatic three in one vulcanizing machine. With vulcanizing 7,500 condoms every batch and only consuming 50% of the energy used in the original three in one vulcanizing machine
3.Equipped with white carbon black recycling device in post vulcanization. The consumption of white carbon black is controlled below 1.3 kgs per 10,000 condoms
4.Templates are fabricated with SS304 plate. The whole chain operates with three sets of main motors, and varying frequency speed control system. The equipments are running smoothly and steadily.
5.The whole line is equipped with stainless steel plates in the ceiling, and sealed with plastic steel.
6.The equipment is designed reasonably and effectively to prevent the condom from bubble head, flow reversals, skewing, beading problems, pinholes etc.
7.Can produce different kinds of common and irregular-shaped condoms with shiny side, granule, thread, and multicolor
8.Adopt the fully-enclosed stainless steel tubes to convey the latex material of production under pressure.

1. Q: How about the quality?
A:We guarantee them for 1 year generally, but our customer used our machines for many years without problem.
2. Q: How long is your guarantee?
A: One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives at the customer’s side.).
If there is any problem within guarantee period (excluding cased by human's wrong action), we will send you spare parts for free.After this period we will definitely support you when needed. You will be welcome to contact us with any problem may happen.
3. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?
A: Choose the products what you like, and send inquiry to us for more details (or you can call us, chat with us by online chat software such as TradeManager,Skype; Mobile chat software such as Whatsapp,Line,Viber,Wechat,etc.). After confirming all details and signing the contract, you can pay prepayment, then we produce machines after receiving prepayment. We deliver these machines by ship according to our agreement. We send the documents to you after shipment. We accept payment by T/T generally, and also accept L/C
4.Q: How can I get to your company?
A:We are located in Quanzhou City, China.
You can get a flight to xiamen International Airport.We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around one hour from airport to our office. You may also come to our city by High Speed Railway train, we will go to train station to pick you up.
5.Q: Lead time?
Within 5-10 days after receive payment
6.Q: Packing?
PE film packing or fiber wooden boxes, suitable for International transportation
