Characteristics:
The model HTL-2200 machine is a domestic new-generation and fully-automatic prodiction line, researched and developed with Japanese top-notch technology, to produce hollow omelet. The production is made up of a beating machine for raw and semifinished materials, a curing main machine, two conveyors, two slurry-poured machine and a conveyer belt. According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the beating machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry, then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curring machine. After cured, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails. The baking machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm cut-off gas generator and temperature control devices. The machine of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system. The speed of the wheel hub and the powder slurry thickness can be regulated. The diameter of water bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar ahafts. The length of water bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm apertura, which controls a shear. The cream and other in fiuings can be completely or partly poured into hollow-cora wafer bar. In the proceeding above, their main engines are controlled by their own frequency convers.
