HTL-S800 Double twist wrapping machine for candy
Characteristics
1. It applies for double twist packing candy with the shapes of rectangle, ellipse, waist-round, cylindrical, spherical, square and beef also all food with regular shapes, easy to
operate, high efficiency, manpower saving, pretty style, low noise, working smoothly, low fault occurrence, convenient to repair.
2. Main core part of this machine adopts imported, new style. High-density Cam indexing unit and cam gear can reach exact movement.
3. AC motor with transducer, controlled with infinite speed control, high precision, energy saving to prolong its life, also it can be adjusted when it is working.
4. Controlled by full auto built-in computer, inspected by international advanced photoelectric sensor, traced bi-directional with fast speed, 100% packing rate, no empty package.
5. Overload protection, breakage protection, no film with prompt alarming.
6. Food touch parts adopt stainless steel, good smoothness, easy to clean, and totally meets standard of food sanitation.
7. Single and double layers of wrapping paper are used.
8. It can be equipped with auto hopper.
