Product characteristic:
1.Coating adhesion ability of coated steel pipe is strong
Epoxy and polyethylene has the strong sorption for metals, ceramics, glass and other materials;
2.Low cure shrinkage
Epoxy resin and polyethylene coating is one of the smallest species for shrinkage between a thermosetting and thermoplastic curable plastic shrinkage (phenol formaldehyde resin 8% ~ 10%; unsaturated polyester resin 4% ~ 6%; silicone resin 4% ~ 8%). Linear expansion coefficient is very small, generally for 6 × 10-5/ °C. So the little volume can be changed after curing.
3.Good technology
Plastic powder curing have not low molecular volatile basically , so can be the low-pressure molding or contactting pressure molding.Manufacturing solvent-free, high solid, powder coating and waterborne coatings and other environmentally friendly coatings with a variety of curing agent.
4.Excellent electrical insulation
Internal and external coating plastic have good insulating performance;
5.Good chemical stability.
Excellent chemical resistance;
6.High temperature range
Heat resistance is generally 80 ~ 100 °C. Epoxy resin heat-resistant varieties of up to 200 DEG C or higher;
7.High mechanical strength
Anyway wear resistance, flexural, compressive, shear strength is equal to steel.
