Features:
The filler’s master computer independently tracks the rotation of each pump head so that it knows precisely how much product has been delivered. When the target fill volume is reached, each pump and nozzle is instantly shut off, resulting in high accuracy fills of your valuable products. The computer stores all fill parameters in memory for fast changeovers.
Heavy Dressings, Sauces, and Syrups
If you have a think or viscous product there are a couple options available. Container type may dictate which solution may be optimal for your project. If you are filling any type of viscous or thick food product then this is the section for you.
Main working:
Empty containers are staged on the Main Drive Conveyor prior to entering the Filler. Containers enter the filler and are counted by optical sensors to ensure the correct numbers of containers are in position. Once in place, containers are locked in position by the pneumatically-operated container clamping mechanism. This ensures containers are located correctly under each filling head to minimize under or over-fills. The filling process begins as a series of stainless steel valves descend into the containers for fast, accurate and consistent filling.
The filled containers are then released from the container clamping mechanism and directed to the Automatic Cap Chute and the Screw Capper for processing.

3, training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of
installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there untill your staff can operate it
properly and normally.
