Welding tubstainless pipe production machines manufacturer
Application :
It’s the main equipment devices in the welding tube production line,can roll and
weld into tube with long continuous steel belt. This production line adopts roll-type
forming principle,with some pecification.The heating method adopts high frequency induction welding.
This method feed the steel belt into machine and make the belts roll into through
forming roller.Then,with the high-frequency current skin tube edge and heating it
to reach welding temperature and finish the welding process on the squeeze roller.
The final process is that the tubes reaches the requested specification through
cooling,sizing,straightening,saw cutting,etc.This production line adopts underscore
leveling method,consisting of forming,welding,sizing,reduction gears,workbench,etc.
With a main motor centralized driving,transferring the movement to horizontal roller
rack through reduction gears and transmission shaft.
Forming section:Feed device,horizontal roller rack,Vertical roller rack,reduction gear,
workbench,coupler,etc.
Welding section:Welding vertical roll rack,Oriented roller rack,Squeezing roller rack,
scraping welding device,Cooling water baths,polishing roller rack,workbench,etc.
Sizing section:horizontal roller rack,Vertical roller rack,straightening,reduction gear,
workbench,etc.
