Device overview
Torque limiter system is used in security devices of boom crane, which can prevent the accident due to overloading and operator error, achieving standardization and scientific for cranes safety use. Appling electronic technology, sensor technology, computer technology together for one, which is a new generation mechatronic intelligent electronic products. 1999 and 1990 were awarded the National Bureau of Standards "GB7950-99 jib crane load moment indicator - General technical conditions" pronuced in 1999 and "GB12602-90 crane overload protection device safety specifications," in 1990 make the load moment indicator design toward standardization and standardized. This product uses new electronic devices, a variety of performance has greatly improved. With full dot matrix LED (graphic characters) is displayed in the display technology, and work with full character display interface that allows the user to use more intuitive, clear, with a good man-machine interface.

Operational Principle:
Crane torque limiteroperation principles: firstly, input crane load curve table memory through the programming, and via interactive window function panel to set the various working parameters, then the master indicator can work. Host collect signals from the weight sensor, after signal amplification, and then through the A / D converter to convert the digital signals into the microprocessor CPU calculates; comparison process, on the one hand display shows the relevant data, and the other compared preset weight, amplitude and angle limits in internal instrument, it is audible pre-alarm once reach over 90% rated weight,; audible alarm once weight reach over rating 100%, once reach over 105%, the output control signal, automatically cut off control circuit to dangerous direction, but is allowed to run to a safe direction, so as to achieve security purposes.
